This condo features a queen bed and 1.5 bathrooms.
Unwind in the living room with a full-size sofa sleeper, large screen TV, and comfy reading chair.

The lanai has views of the golf course, Old Tampa Bay, and breathtaking sunrises.

Enjoy free community amenities, including a fitness room, sauna, and heated outdoor pool. Utilities are also included.

Please Note: This is a seasonal rental available September 1st to May 31st, with a four month minimum rental requirement (six month preferred). Monthly rent on a sliding scale, depending on time of year and length of stay. The longer you stay, the less you pay (monthly).
