"Beautiful and clean property. Would have rated a 5 but had issue with them locking me out of my room simply because a credit card transaction didn't go through the first time and despite my room was completely paid for in advance."

"The hotel was clean and wonderful. The staff were extremely friendly. The only reason for a couple of my low ratings is because the daily mandatory resort fee didn’t really get us much. If you want beach chairs or cabanas, you need to pay additional fees. "

"We had a great view of Tropicana field and the business district from our 7th floor balcony. It is a very short walk to there as well."

"Amazing hotel and experience. The rooms were clean spacious with great views, the staff was excellent and really on top of everything. The food at every restaurant that we ate at on the property was amazing. And their amenities between the pools and the fire pits and everything else was just incredible. Although they don't have a private beach, which would've been nice, there's easy access to the public beach, right next-door, which then rents umbrellas and cabanas."
