Beautiful property with wonderful hosts who really made us feel at home. It was lovely to see such high-quality local products in the bathroom, as well as the wonderful selection of local jams at breakfast. The breakfasts were delicious, with very generous portions. The fire in the lounge each evening was the perfect way to wind down after a day of hiking and wine tasting. We’re already looking forward to a return trip! Thank you, Shelly and Andrew, for a wonderful stay, the interesting chats, and for taking such good care of us. Andy

A magnificent house in beautiful gardens. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Everything about the stay was outstanding. Add to this Pookie the Labrador and you have a perfect stopover.

This is THE place to stay in Stanthorpe. Luxury, comfort, personalised service, easy parking, great location with wallabies and ducks, very quiet for great sleeps, Breakfast in regal surrounds, hostess who can’t do enough to please! Then there are the National Parks and the apple orchards to explore. This place has the whole package!

Our Hosts were wonderful and made sure that we had a very enjoyable experience. We only went to Stanthorpe for one night away from home, but it was a great for us to enjoy such hospitality. The common areas had Tea, coffee and drinking chocolate available to use unrestricted. We could get comfortable and relax. This is something a B and B offers above a motel room. There is a large 4 bay covered Parking area behind and to the side of the verandah which is much appreciated and right beside the stairs to the Verandah which leads to the hallway. We were served a very generous Full Breakfast of locally procured ingredients. Having travelled and stayed at B and B, s and Motels in the United Kingdom and Singapore, my wife and I have to applaud Shelley and Andrew for providing an excellent stay. Being located only a four-minute drive to the heart of town it is very quiet during the night as it is off the main thoroughfare.

Beautifully presented guesthouse. Lovely rooms, spacious dining and lounge areas and a great wrap around balcony. Our hosts were very welcoming with lots of suggestions for the area. Breakfast was excellent and the dining room with communal fridge could be used for lunch or dinner if you wanted to do something simple yourself. We would definitely return.

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely cottage! The location was perfect, central and very easy to find. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. One of the highlights was the communal atmosphere; it was such a pleasure meeting other guests and exchanging tourism ideas for the local area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and social place to stay.
