The cleanliness is below my expectations

Pools- Water slides were not open on our Sunday check in nor Monday during our stay. The kiddie pool was so slick I slipped and fell getting in, then it was extremely cold. Hot tub also was not operational. How do you market the water slides if guests do not get to use them? Check-in was a half hour late as they had no rooms available. Walls are paper thin; you can hear every neighbor, every alarm, every housekeeper's full conversation, everything. Breakfast was Eggs and Sausage, Toast or Bagel. No real toppings to jazz it up at all. Sad breakfast selection, did even eat it the second day. Location is great if coming from the airport, but you also hear all the air traffic. Centrally located to restaurants, shopping, and Fort Bliss but not within walking distance.
