Liked the staff and the property condition. The hotel had everything I needed. The mattress was too firm though. The area around the hotel didnā€™t impress me much but it was close to the place I visited and met my needs perfectly.

I would say the room was great. It was clean and very spacious. The staff working in the office were very friendly and kind. The parking is plentiful and easy to access. The area around the hotel is quiet and calm. The only real consideration is that the area where this is located does not have much in the way of food options, shopping, or much else and the hotel staff and owners of course don't have anything to do with that. It's a great place to stay with lots of room and pleasant staff and it's quiet and clean and seems safe enough. But if you want lots of choices to order out or go out to eat, there is not much choice at all, and there's not much in the way of shopping or anything other than a great Wawa gas station nearby and a few diners.

We were greeted wonderfully by the manager. He was very helpful with places to go for lunch in the area & how to get there. The most pleasant ever encountered at a hotel. The rooms were great! Very clean & comfortable. Only problem experienced was the guests above us knocking around & playing their tv loud well after 10 p.m.

Great Stay Overall!

My experience at Valley Extended Stay (VES) was amazing. Most hotels or rental properties have check in times around 3 or 4pm, but VES allows you to check in at 1pm, which is great if you need a place to put your things earlier than the typical check in times. The front office staff were all very friendly, the cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and they even stocked utensils and plates! I was very satisfied with my stay there, and will definitely stay there again if Iā€™m ever in the area.

It was really great the staff is very friendly and welcoming the amenities were great some things I forgot at home but the room came equipped. I would advice everyone if you have to stay for a extended period of time stay here five stars from me. Thank you all for a wonderful week.

A little sparse but well kept

Place appears to be either new or newly refurbished. It was clean and well maintained. While it is an extended stay, they could've had a few vending machines, they had absolutely nothing in the way of amenities like that. I can only assume they expect you to stock the place for your stay. The only real issue were the pillows, they were about 1" thick if that. It was almost like having an empty pillowcase. Overall not bad though, clean and well kept.

Very clean rooms and well kept exterior. Limited supplies in the kitchen and no bedding for the futon bed in the living room. Had to wait 20 minutes for the staff to return to the front desk so we could check in.

Clean, comfortable, spacious. A pleasure to stay here. Those with limited mobility should request a ground-floor suite, as we did not see any elevators on premises.

Very good and great price for the area.

We have stayed here several times. The suites are always clean and comfortable. The only things that could be improved are lighting options (overhead lights are good but reading lights are needed), the vinyl on the sofa in our suite was dry-rotted, so it could probably use recovering or replacement, and an extra hand towel in the bathroom would have made our stay ideal. Overall, very good! Will be returning in the future.
