“My sister and I were very impressed with this condo. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. It has a lovely kitchen and a large living room area to spread out. Both beds were very comfortable as well. The check in process was easy and the host was very responsive. Staying in Fayetteville was great! There is plenty to do. If available, we will be staying here again the next time we visit family.”

“Pros: This location is so good for walking to downtown Bentonville. The property felt safe and was very clean and decorated well. The neighborhood was quiet at night even though it was right next to all the action in downtown. Highly recommend staying here. Cons: I don't love when a home has a coffee maker but doesn't provide coffee. I stopped on the way and grabbed some coffee pods just in case and I'm glad I did because there were only hot chocolate pods available. It's a simple fix that...

“Had a great time in Fayetteville! Contactless check-in was easy. Condo was clean/ready upon arrival, exactly what was advertised and actually surpassed our expectations. The supply of towels, bedding, kitchen items, soaps, and etc. was more than sufficient for our stay. Onsite parking was very convenient. Communication with the property manager was efficient and thorough when needed. Location was perfect for us…right off Dickson Street so we were able to walk to shopping, restaurants and etc....

“The property is cozy and decorated in a homey way. It looks like a home that has been decorated over years and travels. I love the live plants in the living room and the vibrant colors. It has a Tempurpedic type of bed which I do not find particularly comfortable. But, I usually get used to it the second night. The first night is rough. It is on the back side of the quadruplex so it is quiet with no traffic or backyard neighbors. This is my second time to rent this unit. I like it very much.”
