Front desk hours are extremely limited. We arrived at 8:30 PM and the desk was closed. You have to call an after hours number to have someone come and check you in - we waited nearly 15 minutes. We made a reservation for 3 people and the rooms only provide you with two towels. You can either PAY to have extra towels, or exchange towels to get more (but only during office hours) No soap, shampoo, conditioner, or lotion in the rooms. You can get them (but only during office hours) By the way, office hours on weekends are 10 AM-4 PM only. Asked for a one hour extension on check out but that would have cost extra. Checkout was at 11 AM and they literally came to our room at 10:45 to make sure we were going to be out by 11. This is definitely an extended stay type of hotel, bring your own stuff. I will say the hotel was still rather new, so it was very clean.
