Beautiful, newly furnished floor apartment with living area, 2nd room (children or additional bedroom), spacious bathroom and separate kitchen with small work area directly next to leisure pool Palm-Beach, near Playmobilpark, near shopping center, top connection to Nuremberg and Fürth, especially to the Nuremberg Fair. Parking is available, familiar and friendly hosts, large garden can be shared after consultation. Explore historic Nuremberg, amusement parks, historic cities like Würzburg and Bamberg or the Franconian Lake District. From here you can comfortably make Nuremberg unsafe around the clock thanks to Night-Liner. Suitable for business travelers (trade fair guests) as well as for small to medium-sized families.

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub

Wir waren auf der Suche nach einer Unterkunft für eine Nacht , da wir mit unserer Familie die Therme und den Playmobil Funpark besucht haben. Check In war super , super nette Gastgeberin und auch der Sohn der extra nach oben kam, Hallo zu sagen. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

Es handelt sich hier um eine kleine Ferienwohnung, welche durch eine Busanbindung zentral gelegen ist. In wenigen Gehminuten ist ein kleines Einkaufszentrum zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist für 3 Personen ausreichend.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Dachwohnung in Stein, in der es uns an nichts fehlte! Großes und etwas kleineres Schlafzimmer, gemütliche Wohnküche, großes Bad, große Dusche, genügend Handtücher, Kissen, Decken etc. Und wenn wir doch Fragen hatten, standen uns die Vermieter, die mit im Haus wohnen, für alle Fragen zur Verfügung und achteten sehr darauf, dass man sich wohlfühlt! Insofern gibt's überhaupt nix zu meckern und wir kommen nächstes Jahr gern wieder! :-)

Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden: Super nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter, alles vorhanden, kleine Aufmerksamkeiten vor der Tür, ruhige Lage und dennoch schnell in Nürnberg oder auf der Autobahn. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Wohnung hatte alles, was wir für einen kurze Übernachtung brauchten. Sie ist wirklich top angebunden, da in unmittelbarer Nähe Busse direkt nach Nürnberg fahren. Die Kommunikation hätte ich mir von Herrn Wenny etwas proaktiver gewünscht, die Wohnung kann ich dennoch bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen

Nice apartment

It is a really nice apartment. Good spaces, good kitchen, perfect for 4/5 people. The main disadvantage is that is not that close to Nuremberg, but you can doble check that.

Die Ferienwohnung ist ideal gelegen mit allem in der Nähe was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind herzlich und versuchen jeden Wunsch möglich zu machen. Zum Playmobil Fun Park ist es ein Katzensprung. Sehr schicke Ferienwohnung mit allem was dazu gehört. Super Lage und alles Wichtige in der Nähe auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Kristall Palm Beach ist direkt um die Ecke und lohnt sich immer für einen Ausflug. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und wenn man Fragen hat, oder etwas fehlen sollte, kann man Sie jederzeit erreichen. Man diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen!
