“Location was good .The beds were comfortable. The down fall was after we checked in we had a issue with the toilet make a noise every 4 minutes went to front desk and told them the lady wrote it down on paper and said she wasn't sure if maintenance guy had left for the day (Sunday ) the day we checked in if he had left it would be Monday before they could look at it ..so Monday he fixed it from making the noise but then we had water in the bathroom floor he came back worked on it again Tuesday……

“The property has an excellent view of the lake. We loved that are suite came with two bedrooms and living room. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The only fault that we saw with our suite was that one of the two shower heads was not working. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent! The breakfast had a lot of fresh fruit and the staff had the breakfast bar well stocked.”

“Very pleasant, quiet,cozy,beds were very nice and comfy, minutes from town,but wish it had been handicap accessible for my son but we managed, really enjoyed the stay , will definitely be back again.”

“Tucked back in the Arkansas rolling hills… is an awesome little B&B. Had never been to a B&B before but thought we’d break our trip up and it was well worth it. Tiffany and Bob have a beautiful place, quiet, calm, peaceful place to step away from the high pace of life. If you are traveling to Hot Springs you should highly consider taking a step outside of town… I know I’ll well be back!”

“Great hotel to spend a couple of days, there are several activities you can do in the lake , I stayed for 1 night , I could have easily pushed for 2-3 nights”

“Older bldg. we had 2rooms, 4&9. Rm 4: bathroom floor not cleaned/hair around from previous guests. Partially used mini shampoos and conditioners which also had hair on them. There were individual pkts of shampoo I used. No hair dryer. Bed was uncomfortable/hard to our liking. TV programming was poor. Rm 9: uncomfortable bed. Bugs/insects in room. Used common areas very little. Ice maker frozen solid. Didn’t play golf because of timing. But course looked very nice.”

“Super quiet nestled next to a beautiful park, we spent an evening feeding the ducks and geese, the cottage had everything you could need to feel like home, the hosts were kind enough to leave plenty of phone chargers strategically placed, I don't think we even had to use our own, roku TV so plenty of viewing options, just a nice quiet place to stay”
