Morning sunrises, beach breakfasts at Seaside Cafe, and days spent playing in the waves will make great memories. Lots of communication with owner and condo was clean and spacious. The balcony is absolutely wonderful!! So roomy and great view. I loved that it had a door off both the bedroom and living room. The location isn’t really kid friendly. My daughters 7 and there was no one close to her age at the pool or the beach area. In addition it is also the most well stocked lodgings ever, especially for a beachside unit. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler...had it all. We cook and it had all necessary pots, pans, utensils, etc. Also basic spices, coffee filters and coffee! A great place to stay...did I mention it is about 200' from the beach? ##### William E. It has a large balcony with view of the water. Highly recommend the property and condo unit.
