Clean, well appointed, great outside space, quiet neighborhood and convenient location. The fenced in yard provided a perfect space for our dog. If you have children they will enjoy all the games available, even the adults will as well! Matthew is a great host ! From booking to leaving he was communicative and responsive. You can tell that he genuinely cares about the comfort of his guests while staying in his home. The beds are comfortable,there are plenty of towels and beach towels available, extra blankets and pillows, well stocked kitchen, really we didn’t lack for anything while there. The neighborhood is safe and my husband was catching bass in the pond down the street! The location is perfect, being close to a grocery store, the beach only 6 miles away and historic downtown Stuart just 2.5 miles away. Perfect for a family vacation. Has toys and a big yard for kids to play in and every amenity you could possibly want. Matt was so nice and welcoming! We accidently locked ourselves out of the game room and Matt drove 90 minutes out of his way to come bring us a spare key. While he was there he made sure everything else was perfect for us. The house is in a lovely quiet neighbohood, with a lake nearby with ducks the kids loved. The beds are amazing and extra comfortable! My husband suffers from back pain and the bed was wonderful for him. We are so glad we chose this vacation home for our trip! If your thinking of booking, don't hasitate, you will love it.
