“This was exactly what we needed after a week of camping on our road trip - this place is so lovely, from the cabin itself (inside and out), to the big trees surrounding it, the pathway through the forest, the delicious breakfast and coffee, and of course the most relaxing bath/shower outside. Tara was so welcoming and was helpful highlighting spots around the island. Would highly recommend and we hope to visit again soon! ”

“We enjoyed this property for 2 weeks in June-July, including the Canada day holiday. Large covered deck overlooking tidal lagoon is very relaxing. Enjoyed the Canada Day events in Sidney and riding bikes to Swartz Bay ferries for day trips. We may well return next summer. If we go again we would check tide table ahead of time for afternoon paddleboarding. Interior of property comfortable. ”

"We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Steveston Waterfront. It’s in a lovely location, within a quiet neighbourhood, right next to the river and a short walk to Fisherman’s Wharf.
We stayed in their 1-bed suite, which was very spacious with a large bed (felt like bigger than a King). The room was clean and very well kept, and had everything from cooking utensils to kitchen wipes.
Check-in was digital, but we found it much more convenient and flexible than the tradition reception desk. The team was very responsive over email — replying to our questions within 15-20 mins.
We’d definitely stay again the next time we’re in Vancouver. Highly recommended, and also for the amount of space you get with the price you pay. "
