Pro’s ~ The location was perfect ~ peaceful and scenic ~ right by the waterfront! Great for walking! Parking was off street. The room was very clean, with all the necessary kitchen utensils/rquipment, towels,etc. we loved visiting the nearby Britannia shipyard, Gulf of Georgia Cannery, the Post Office & museum about the Japanese incarceration behind it, the Tram, etc! Cons~ The room was noisy b/c the HVAC equipment was on the top of an unfinished ceiling~ but they provided two sets of spongey earplugs! Also~ it has an unsafe floor plan. There is ONLY 1 entrance (go thru living room, continue to bedroom, and then to the bathroom. There are NO windows. In an emegency ( ie fire) ~ if there was a fire in the living room~ no exit/eindow to escape. There is no one onsite to greet us/ask questions. The door must be closed tightly. The entryway has coded entrance. The initial booking lacked more specific details which required online check in/check out etc. The fire code safety issue would prevent us from returning.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and we chose to come back because we really enjoyed our first visit. We stayed for two nights this time, and it definitely lived up to our expectations. The location is excellent and makes it easy to get around. We also love the hotel’s modern interior design. The rooms are spacious, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Overall, we had another great experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

I would’ve given this five stars had there been a good mattress on the bed. Spent every night trying to climb out of the hole in the center of the mattress extremely disappointed, considering how beautiful the room was and the rest of the hotel.
