The hotel needed some work on the outside. The inside had been refurbished for the upcoming Fifa games. The room was cozy and bright with the most comfortable bed my husband & I have ever slept in. The room was very clean, but modest. We also had a view of the Vancouver skyline from our 3rd floor window. Hondra, the manager, was very gracious and helpful upon our arrival and throughout our 4 day stay. She was very available, though not always onsite. We had privacy and quiet. The hotel is located in the Vancouver suburb of Collingswood. It has a lowkey vibe which was wonderful to return to after a busy day in the dynamic high energy city. If you are looking for a good budget hotel this is the one.

This is a basic motel type property. It was convenient to downtown aNd walking distance to dining. We arrived from the airport early and were allowed to check-in early. This was very helpful after a long flight. The room had tile flooring that needed a good mopping. The basics in bathroom were provided. The towels, although clean , were very small and rough textured. The temperature in the room was hard to regulate. Also, this is across from a hospital so sirens were frequent through the night. Overall I would say it was not what I expected for the price we paid.

The hotel was in a great location. Not too close to the crowds at Canada Place, but close enough to easily walk there to enjoy what that area had to offer. The hotel was extremely nice, the rooms were terrific and the staff was very welcoming and helpful.

It was excellent and I liked the Penthouse suite very much. I'll definitely book it again. Everything was made available and I wish I had extended my stay. It was a very clean room with amenities to boot including a well stocked kitchen. In fact I'm in love with the place and I really liked my room.
