It is typical 3 star property, our rooms have kitchenette. The staff are 5 star, attentive and accommodating to please the guest. Special thanks to Chrissy. The place meets our needs as a group, so surprised that they are affiliated with Paradise Mini Golf Club that our group of 11 enjoyed complementary games too. It was a great visit in Nanaimo, husbands played golf while wives enjoyed shopping and strolling the nearby beaches.

Great stay in a good location. Centrally located and an easy walk to tube launch and food. Checkin was extremely straight forward. Rooms are very simple but very clean and tidy.

"The location was great! Was on the first floor, which we didn’t like so much. Overlooking the parking lot. If we were to stay there again, we would be on the second floor most likely. The only complaint was the air conditioner was loud, but at least they had one."
