Room was nice and beds were very comfortable, parking was a bit tricky to figure out, pool was good for the kids.

The gym doesn't even have weights so shouldn't be called a gym. The condominium share the site with the hotel but not the house keeping. Anything outside of the 9am-5pm office hour would incur a charge from the hotel. The rooms are great but a bit small. I bumped my head when going to the restroom couple of times.

Very rude and unhelpful staff. They spoke to all 3 of us as if we were an inconvenience no matter what was asked. Extremely uncomfortable beds and were promised mattress toppers, which we were told 3 hours later were not available. 2 of us caught rashes from the sheets. The room and property were poorly maintained. 2 pieces of clothing left behind were not put in lost and found and evidently stolen or recklessly thrown away by the staff. All of this for over $500 for 1 night. Absolutely terrible experience. We will never stay here again.
