I've been to many "Breakfast Included" hotels, and often the food is lackluster, but the food at this Holiday Inn Express was exceptional. The cinnamon rolls were delicious, and the other items were tasty and fresh.

Aurora condition in our room was broke. Way to hot in the room. Maintenance man came and he didn't fix it. Dirty wash cloth left in bathroom. Ungrateful said she would give me reward points but never seen them.
