They are doing remodeling, which makes some areas messy with construction. The areas that are remodeling look nice. For the price, a good place to stay.
The property is under renovation but the rooms are still very nice. The bed was super comfy. It was VERY quiet! The construction workers didnt start being loud until around noon when everyone would be awake which we appreciated!

Showed up and renovations were going on. Outside of hotel looked run down and trash in parking lot. Walked into room and had to ask for another room because it had not been cleaned.
Walked into another room and started unpacking to see a huge roach and then another bug go across the floor. On up side the room was not bad . Had hot water and tv worked well. There is a reason the price isn’t bad. Actually thought the hotel was closed when we pulled up because it looked so run down.
Would not stay here again personally. If you’re looking for a decent low price place to stay this is it. Big pool also.
It was noisy, walls are thin. Very light up and no way to block out the light to sleep. Every time I was woke up I thought it was daylight outside when it is 1 or 2 in the morning. Very hard to go back to sleep.

The bathroom floor was very dirty, you could see stuff that had dripped down the bathroom door, and the sheets had burn holes? in them. The tub did not drain well. They did change the sheets when I asked and are willing to solve issues if you tell them. Overall, it was worth the money since it is very inexpensive, but the condition of the rooms are pretty run down. Definitely in need of a deep clean.
Had to go to office two days for towels. One time to get sheets. No electricity near mirror. Reported 3 times. Will not go back or recommend

The bathroom wall had black mold. The hair dryer fell off the wall, the sink faucet handle came off when I went to turn water on. Killed two German roaches. Worst place I have ever stayed in. The Manager offered me a discount on next stay. Told him I was there for a funeral and would not be returning in future. Did not offer any other compasation.
The room was clean, but there was no Cold Water at the lavatory. It wasn’t pleasant brushing my teeth with Hot Water. Remodeling in the lobby left a lot of dry wall dust everywhere. The parking lot has so much trash and holes, it may as well be a gravel lot. No exterior lights or signage, so you can’t find it at night. Handicap Parking is a joke. Very poorly marked. Trash along the sidewalk. Looks like no one has picked it up ever. The place looked trashy.
