"This property was very convenient! We decided to stay in Canmore due to it being less crowded than Banff and it ended up being perfect for that reason. It was only about a 20 min drive to downtown Banff. The hotel itself came with every amenity we needed, but the star is the location."

"Everything was great. The only thing is that the fridge in the rooms are not cold at all. I wanted to keep some dairy items in the fridge but wasn’t cold at all. "

"The rooms were in great condition and nicely equipped. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Our daughter loved the swimming pool and the complimentary breakfast was great and very convenient."

"This is a lovely hotel on the Main Street of Banff. Well appointed and comfortable. Recommend if you want to be in the middle of the action. "

"Property is nice and convenient to Town Center. Stayed in the west wing which houses the breakfast which is not included but reasonable. The pool is in another building with no easy access from the other building. Overall recommend staying here."
