“Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti, in 4 coppie. La casa è spaziosa, ogni camera da letto ha il proprio bagno di pertinenza fornito del neccessario. Il giardino è grandissimo e ben curato. Giovanna è un host molto disponibile a tutte le richieste di informazioni sulla zona e sulla casa. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. ”

“Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Bilder von der Homepage stimmen zu 100 Prozent mit der Villa überein. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Fragen wurden direkt beantwortet. Hilfreich war auch, dass der eine Gastgeber direkt neben der Villa wohnte. Er war bei Problemen schnell da und konnte handeln. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft und sehr zentral. Wir haben u.A Ausflüge nach Jesolo (Adria) und Venedig gemacht. Wir können die Unterkunft nur……

“Wir waren zwei Familien mit insgesamt vier Kindern im Alter von ein bis elf Jahren. Das große Anwesen hat einen sehr großen Pool und einen Tennisplatz. Das Haus ist klimatisiert, ebenerdig und sehr groß. Uns hat es wunderbar gefallen. ”

Alle Formalitäten mit Bezahlung, Erhalt der Wegbeschreibung und der Abstimmung über die Übergabe des Hauses verliefen reibungslos. Vor Ort ist sichergestellt, dass immer ein Ansprechpartner verfügbar ist. Wir haben per SMS und Telefon mit jemandem vom Betreunungsteam vor Ort kommuniziert, dies war in unserem Urlaub Beatrice. “Friendly hostess and son, nice place with lots of history. The booking was through home away which I will never do again, beacause I wasn't able to book it only a request for a booking. Since there was no immediate action we booked another room elsewhere the next morning and just after that we got an email that the requested room was not only available but also booked and charged to our cc directly. This costed us a double payment for 1 night. More a home away problem than the resort.”
