They gave us the wrong room, but fixed that. At Breakfast there were no eggs sausage or potato’s only bread muffins and waffles. We were there fo 45 minutes eating and the told us it would be another 20 min to get the food out. We left. The seats in the breakfast area were an old plastic material and were falling apart and sticky and left my wife’s shorts sticky. We talked to others who also had issues with not getting the room they reserved

no remote control for the tv and they have to be putting wifi notice in the room for easy access internet

The room was clean but the bathroom sink was clogged. The toilet needed work. The phone in the room did not work. I had to fix that. The shower drain wouldn't drain. The tub wouldn't drain all the way. It took the the 24 hours to get a maintenance man there to take a huge hairball out of the drain breakfast area. The eggs were cold. When I asked for Mel the lady just pointed at a small container about I said it was empty. She walked away. Didn't come back for about 20 minutes. The room I couldn't really sleep sound because of the noise that comes through the ceiling. I wish the manager would have returned my message or call me The hot tub the water was perfect and cleaned but it was low. When I told the maintenance man he said he would get to it but never did. Plus I was down there one evening. I got in about quarter tonight and they kicked me out right at night. I'm a paid customer and I can't use the hot tub. I thought I was told that the pool area closes at 10:00. Well that was a mistake. They rudely rushed me out at 9:00

This comfort inn is terrible. Dirty, old, broken. My door would not close because someone kicked it out before and broke a lock.
