The room was clean but the bathroom sink was clogged. The toilet needed work. The phone in the room did not work. I had to fix that. The shower drain wouldn't drain. The tub wouldn't drain all the way. It took the the 24 hours to get a maintenance man there to take a huge hairball out of the drain breakfast area. The eggs were cold. When I asked for Mel the lady just pointed at a small container about I said it was empty. She walked away. Didn't come back for about 20 minutes. The room I couldn't really sleep sound because of the noise that comes through the ceiling. I wish the manager would have returned my message or call me The hot tub the water was perfect and cleaned but it was low. When I told the maintenance man he said he would get to it but never did. Plus I was down there one evening. I got in about quarter tonight and they kicked me out right at night. I'm a paid customer and I can't use the hot tub. I thought I was told that the pool area closes at 10:00. Well that was a mistake. They rudely rushed me out at 9:00

We loved everything about our stay! The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The Craftsman Grille was amazing! The food was exceptional and our waitress was so friendly. Even though we live almost 4 hours away we will be back!

The maid doesn’t service your room if you stay for multiple days. I had to take my dirty towels to the front desk and get new towels, Cups and toilet paper. It’s only a couple minutes for a maid to do that but they don’t. Also the breakfast has no eggs or protein just carbs. Otherwise it was great!
