"I stayed in Chatham for the first time and couldn't be happier with this hotel. The room was new and it looks like the hotel has recently been renovated. Whoever picked the tiles for the floor and counters great choice. We have no complaints at all. The breakfast was great, and the staff was very friendly, even bringing out different types of yogurt for our kids. There was a wide selection for breakfast, which we really appreciated. The location was excellent, close to many restaurants. The only downside is that there are no elevators, so it could be a challenge for older guests if they are on the second floor. Overall, it was a wonderful stay for our family!"

"Beautiful home, with all the amenities. Loved the back patio for relaxing and nighttime campfire. Kayaking was amazing. Great sized dinner area for us all to eat together and have game nights. "

"Way cleaner than other motels. Quiet and the beds were so comfortable. Felt like a cloud in the family bedroom 2 of the beds that is. The 3rd bed was also good. Will rebook at this motel from here on. The tv was standing which was great to use a Roku stick. Very pleased indeed overall. The owner lady was very pleasant. I really liked her. I recommend colonial motel. Thank you. "
"The place was as advertised. It was very clean and in a great location. Walking distance to everything. Lots of plates, utensils etc. Mike was our main contact for the stay and he is an awesome host and great guy to have a chat with. "

"My son and I (from Ct and Boston) spent a week chasing our roots from Buffalo to Walpole Island Indian reservation. Sharing your cottage with us made our journey that much better. The neighborhood was very nice, the neighbors were friendly, and the accommodations were wonderful! (Note for anyone who loves Thai food, Krung Thep Thai Cuisine should be at the top of your list! Highly recommend staying at this lovely home."
"Such a nice setup. Ken was kind and met us upon arrival, and later checked in with us while we were outside to be sure we had everything we needed. Our cabin was clean, air conditioned, and stocked up with snacks and other supplies. The amenities, supplies, and snacks provided were really awesome, and helped make our stay so relaxing— because everything we needed (or anything we forgot, haha) was all right there. The location is cute and quiet, and the surrounding farmland was lovely. The property had both sunny and shady areas, lots of grass, and the fire area was really nicely set up (plus firewood was provided!) Overall, an amazing value in a really sweet spot. We will definitely be back :)"

"We had a rather serious issue upon arrival. The management was beyond apologetic and rectified the situation in a timely manner and did everything possible to make it up to us.The cottage was very clean and well stocked. My only comment would be that the 3rd bedroom is a bunkie, but we would definitely use this property again."

"Unfortunately this place is very overpriced for what you get. It was very dirty inside: mold in the shower, dirty bath mat, window sills were filthy, bugs and cobwebs in the corners. We couldn't hang our jackets because a table was in the way, one bed was very springy and uncomfortable. Messy paint job throughout. Seems there is no pride in ownership of this facility. Very disappointed, especially considering how much they are charging. "
"Excellent views of Lake Erie, lovely cottage with games and comfy rooms. The beach is a treasure, it’s the only cottage with secure access to the sandy beach which no one else was on, the stairs down the cliff may be a bit too much for toddlers but for teens and up it was amazing! "
