"Although it is an older hotel it was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was amazing. We had a small hiccup with our room but it was taken care of the next morning. We like the location and it being away from all the crowds in Pigeon Forge. You can drive and visit and come back to peace and quiet. We will stay again. "
