Our television didn't work properly ... had maintenance to come and fix it, it worked temporarily, and ended up not working again. The pool area, disgusting! utterly disgusting! A kid threw up, someone cleaned the area with a water bucket, swept it up, and there was no sign put up for it. We saw the whole thing ... disgusting. Safe to say, we exited the pool area and never came back. Lastly, the noises on fifth floor, doors slamming, people screaming, and etc. We hardly slept ... We will NEVER go back to this place and wouldn't recommend it for anyone that wants some peace, relaxation, and good time for self or the family. HUGELY DISAPPOINTING since this was our first time in Pigeon Forge." Super close (5 min) from Patriot Park, to catch trolley to Dollywood. The traffic noise from the parkway was really really loud, especially late at night. A lot of cars with loud mufflers. Sounded like race cars. I still was able to fall asleep due to being completely exhausted from our days. I would still definitely stay at this hotel again.
