"Comfy beds but cheap bedding/pillows/sheets etc.
Balcony waa disgusting and dirty however everything else was very clean. Annoying that there was not enough plates/mugs/bowls etc for four people when it’s a four person apartment.
Only one access key provided.
Check in was a nightmare - zero communication and their method of check in was very confusing and it was hard to get in touch with the staff.

"It’s amazing place to stay. Love the area and cozy place. It’s just the induction stove is hard to operate and dryer is now working. Check in is a bit random far from the entry where parking outside is not easy."

"Before even arriving the hospitality and communication were amazing. We decided we wanted to stay an additional night. The Lagoon room was booked out the following day so they allowed us to move up to the Hive room to avoid additional cleaning fees.
