"Highly recommend! Front desk staff member was friendly and helpful as soon as we arrived. The room, including the bathroom, was spotless, spacious and comfortable. We had heavy luggage so they put us on a floor that had a working lift. Great location in the middle of Exeter. Loved the building! Free wifi but not secured with a password."

Cleanliness very good in all parts of hotel. Spa treatments were amazing using TempleSpa products. Lovely grounds. Swimming pool cold and whirlpool area not heated. "
