Just a short drive from the Adriatic coast, it's perfectly positioned for exploring the UNESCO-listed town of Urbino, the medieval Castello di Gradara, and the scenic trails of Monte San Bartolo Natural Park. Whether you're drawn to Renaissance art, coastal adventures, or countryside charm, this location offers it all. The first-floor apartment features a spacious living room with satellite TV and a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including an oven, espresso and filter coffee machines, and a dishwasher. There are three bedrooms, plus a second bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Guests can enjoy a private terrace with barbecue, shared garden with sun loungers, and a swimming pool open from May to September. Additional comforts include air conditioning, a shared washing room, and child-friendly amenities like a high chair and baby bed. Surrounded by rolling hills and charming villages, Tavullia offers a taste of authentic Marche. Nearby restaurants such as L'Osteria Tavullia, La Pantana, and Agriturismo Agri Rio serve delicious local cuisine.
