Our stay at Hotel Bo was incredible from start to finish. The level of service here was a breath of fresh air. Every single staff member we encountered, from the welcoming greeting at the door to the efficient check-in and the attentive cleaning staff was amazing. ​The hotel itself is a sanctuary. It is exceptionally calm, with beautiful gardens and a very pleasant, curated atmosphere (even the background music and soundscapes were perfect). Our room was incredibly comfortable and well-designed. ​A few highlights: ​The Food & Drinks: The restaurant is top-tier; every meal and cocktail was excellent. ​The Tours: We used the hotel’s drivers for trips to Sumidero Canyon and Palenque. They were professional, friendly, and made the long journeys seamless. ​The Staff: Unlike other places we’ve stayed, the team here truly makes you feel like a valued guest. ​If you are visiting San Cristóbal de las Casas, do not hesitate to stay here. It was one of the highlights of our trip!

The Hotel was very pretty, and relaxed. Just a suggestion; the receptionist needs to be at the desk all the time. We had a little issue, one our tours was so early at 4:00 am and the front door was locked. We did not find the receptionist and no one answer the phone. So we needed to talk with the driver about this and he was very nice and he came back for us. So I am giving 5 stars because we did not miss the trip.
