"The whole experience was poor. My wife was checking in late at night, should have been a smooth experience but she was pressurised to show driving licence as a form of ID when just the booking confirmation should have sufficed. There was karaoke until the early hours (its a pub so some noise is expected but it wasn't clear on the booking page). Biggest issue is that she just generally felt unsafe being there. "
