This is probably my fifth stay. Love the location directly on the beach with restaurants easily accessible. The hotel breakfast buffet is amazing. The staff was very supportive . The furniture in the room was a bit beat up. But I am coming back.

A huge thank you to the Renaissance Tel Aviv for making my stay a truly unforgettable one. I traveled alone from Canada and was welcomed the minute I walked in. Daniel and Monika at the front desk were very kind and helpful, and answered the many questions that I had about the hotel and area. Zaav runs the sports area and pool and was always welcoming whenever I went down in the morning or out to the beach for the day. Finally, a special thank you to Sabina at the breakfast buffet every morning who greeted me with a smile and hug, and showed an exceptional quality of service. So, if you are looking for a relaxing, clean, safe and welcoming place to stay on the beach then I would 100% recommend this one. Excellent room service and comfortable rooms. I also took advantage of the executive lounge and was very happy with what was offered in terms of snacks, drinks and dinner. Thanks so much!!

Immediate access to the beach for swimming, to the Tayelet promenade for my morning run, great indoor lap pool when the sea was not an option, and excellent breakfast buffet. I've been staying here for 35 yrs under its different brands and will never change. .

As soon as I arrived in the rental car, the Bell Captain (Jerry) immediately welcomed me and assisted me with my luggage, and parking the car, (I am slightly handicapped, with a cane...) and guided me to the front desk, where the gentleman who checked me in and got me my room key also helped me. When I got to the room, (Jerry the Bell Captain helped me with the luggage up to the room and showed me the thermostat workings,) I was very pleased with the room and the upper floor I was on, and the balcony, along with the view. The Breakfast was excellent and my stay at the Renaissance Tel Aviv was everything I had hoped for, and was not disappointed as what I had seen on the web when I booked was exceeded by the reality of what the hotel (and the helpful staff) actually was. I will book there again, thank you.
