As soon as I arrived in the rental car, the Bell Captain (Jerry) immediately welcomed me and assisted me with my luggage, and parking the car, (I am slightly handicapped, with a cane...) and guided me to the front desk, where the gentleman who checked me in and got me my room key also helped me. When I got to the room, (Jerry the Bell Captain helped me with the luggage up to the room and showed me the thermostat workings,) I was very pleased with the room and the upper floor I was on, and the balcony, along with the view. The Breakfast was excellent and my stay at the Renaissance Tel Aviv was everything I had hoped for, and was not disappointed as what I had seen on the web when I booked was exceeded by the reality of what the hotel (and the helpful staff) actually was. I will book there again, thank you.
