"This was a great boutique hotel. It’s in the quieter area of Zermatt so you have to walk down to the main town area but that just adds to the charm! The views of the Matterhorn were amazing. The spa was lovely as well. "
"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Room was awesome, very clean, and the property was picturesque with a nice spa downstairs, so nice to have after long days of hiking. I’d definitely stay here again!"
"Wonderful stay! The staff were warm and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great and the location was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"No Wi-Fi.TV no good really, no sockets close by and couldn’t connect phones or laptop. Some of the bedding particularly unclean, pillows with stains. No toaster.Generally ok but nothing premium about it, very expensive for average offering.Garage and boot room very good.Ski in and out very good."
"Should be a 2 star hotel not 3.
Pros:
- Ski-in, ski-out
- Great, friendly staff
Cons:
- Old, run-down hotel
- Poor quality food in the restaurant
- Flies in the bedroom
- Bedsheet and towels are low quality linen cloth
- Had no hot water for showers through-out stay
- Cleaners came into room despite a Do Not Disturb sign on door
- No kettle, iron or safe
- Lift was often broken"
