We were upgraded to what we thought was the best room in the hotel as it had a balcony and a view of the Matterhorn. You need to be in good health though as there are no cars allowed and the streets are quite hilly. And a very short walk to the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise cable car. Beautiful view of the Mettelhorn /Platthorn. Very helpful and friendly staff. The most quiet hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Very happy.
