"One of the dryers was either not working or clogged. Put my laundry in for an hour, was still damp so I had to hang everything since there was a line of people waiting to use it.
Breakfast and service was excellent."
"Staff were awesome! Everyone was so nice and helpful! Very polite and even though we couldn’t speak Japanese, we were able to communicate with them. The room was clean and we liked the laundry facility, just wish there were more washers. Also wish there was the washer/dryer status available on the tv so we could tell when it became available instead of going back and forth to check. Overall great hotel. Lots of shopping and food options. We always stay here when we’re in Tokyo. "
