"Staff were kind and generous, but maintenance conditions are terrible, for examples, coffee pot was not working and had to ask replaced, shower head hanger was missing, bathtub was not working.
Furthermore the conditions of room and washroom were not advisable.

"The hotel is conveniently located close to the subway and is a 10 min walk from the night market. The rooms are amazing, with in built laundry units and kitchen. It's fantastic for a family. There is also a convenience store beside the lobby. The breakfast spread is amazing from omelette bar to noodles to friedrice. There is something for everyone. "Nice stay. Every area is accessible in town, easy commuting via public transport. Staffs are accommodating and even help us booked a cab to the airport because our flight is too early. They have good breakfast selection as well if you want to try authentic korean cuisine. Highly recommended."
