Nossa estadia foi boa de forma geral, especialmente pela excelente localização, conforto da cama, limpeza do quarto e café da manhã, que atendeu bem às expectativas. O check-in também foi rápido e eficiente. Como sugestão de melhoria, sentimos falta de uma recepção mais acolhedora na chegada, algo que já vivenciamos em outras unidades da rede Blue Tree e que cria uma experiência de boas-vindas mais marcante. Também percebemos alguns pontos relacionados à estrutura e manutenção. Por ser um prédio icônico e mais antigo, alguns detalhes poderiam receber maior atenção, como a conservação do banheiro (acabamentos e parte inferior da pia, onde a tubulação fica bastante aparente) e a limpeza dos estofados das áreas comuns. Outro aspecto foi a quantidade de elevadores disponível para a demanda, o que gerava certa espera em diversos momentos. Além disso, a acústica entre os quartos poderia ser melhor, pois era possível ouvir ruídos dos quartos vizinhos. No geral, tivemos uma boa experiência e acreditamos que, com esses ajustes, a hospedagem ficaria ainda mais alinhada ao padrão de qualidade que esperamos da rede Blue Tree.

Hotel extremamente bem localizado. Quartos confortaveis e reformados. Os únicos pontos a serem melhorados são a limpeza dos quartos e o cafe da manha. O serviço de limpeza e arrumação dos quartos é muito devagar. Além disso, a reposição das toalhas é precària. Os copos utilizados não são trocados. O café da manhã é muito bom. Porém, alguns produtos como as tortas salgadas e empadoes sao servidos gelados e os pães de queijo reaquecidos e duros. Fora estes pontos, é um ótimo Hotel.
