"From the start, Leigh welcomed my girlfriend and I with comfort and assurance. Her place is just amazing and I would highly recommend choosing this beautiful condo if you plan on coming to Turks. Most all excursions will come right to shore out front so you don't have to taxi anywhere. The waters have its own snorkeling and just a 20 min walk in either direction on the beach to other resturants. We will be coming back."

"This was my finance and I first time in Turks and Caicos. The check in process with Jacinthe was simple. Property was pretty clean. Having an umbrella and one chair was a plus as well as a pool and hot tub on site. You will need a car if you’re staying here as there are only 1 or 2 restaurants walking distance. You will feel safer with a car especially if you want to visit Grace Bay which is a must. Having a washer and dryer was also a plus as well as a kitchen. Would recommend to anyone staying...

"Besides the construction, which I was saddened it blocked the sunset, overall the property was amazing. It had everything we needed and what we didn't have Tyler was sure to assist and try his best to accommodate. There were places to eat within walking distance with Somewhere onsite, it was average. The snorkeling was amazing and many activities within walking distance. Grace Bay was an inexpensive taxi ride and one day was enough. We would definitely return."

"The house is beautiful and the staff is nice; if you dont like seeing the housekeeper and property manager popping up in and at the house unannounced every single day then this isn't the place for you; Master bedroom is huge and nice but was hot the entire week and the TV in the master bedroom was broken; I also didn't like that you have to pay a light bill upon checking out but other than those few things the house is amazing "

"We had great communication with the host from the start. Everything was as described. The house was nice and spacious with beautiful views. Quick walk or bike ride to the The Bight beach. Beds were comfortable. It was really nice having a washer and dryer in unit and right across the street from the grocery store. The caretaker was helpful and around during the day. "Great location right on the reef. Definitely a bonus if you like snorkeling but bring reef shoes and reef friendly sunscreen. Staff members are very friendly! The free continental breakfast was worth skipping at "JoJo's" but "Dune" provides a fabulous ambiance for dining right next to the beach. We didn't venture out from the hotel grounds because we found the hotel's location perfect for what we wanted: 1 night accommodation with easy access to snorkeling on-site. Would definitely stay here...

"A comfortable place . I love the rooms decor , comfortable bed, AC on point and the lighting of the room was great too . The room Was well equipped with a mini kitchen. The receptionist was very nice and gentle, always smiled , she was very welcoming. I traveled solo so she explained me how to move around, she was very helpful. Probably the only person that smiled. I can not say the same about the people from the restaurant, but that’s another story. But I loved the property overall."
