Clean room and really close to Anfield stadium

Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.

Went on a day trip of Anfield so was convenient location. Place was clean and had parking.

Had an ok stay. Great location, reception area was nice and staff were overall friendly. Some staff didn’t seem like they were very experienced, as checking in two rooms for the same booking took some time and back and forth when another receptionist found the booking immediately. The rooms are quite tired, clean linen but some areas quite dusty. I did want to tell the staff at reception when checking out but there was nobody available and wanted to get moving. We were woken up at 4am by an alarm throughout the hotel which happens and would have not had an issue but when my mum mentioned this to reception when checking out she was told it was a fire drill which is very bizarre to be testing at that time in the night. She also overheard another guest who said that the 4am alarm happened on more than 1 night of her stay, which is concerning if this is a regular occurrence.

The host was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for any more. Apartment was well equipped and considering being in the middle of all the bars and clubs was very well sound insulated. I would recommend to family’s that this is in the middle of a busy nightlife part of Liverpool so may not be suitable for young children. But workers/couples or friends it’s absolutely ideal for being in the centre. Thank you so much :) Sam
