Overall had a fantastic stay, highly recommend and would return ”

“Perfect location only a 5 minute walk to the city centre. Apartment was lovely and well equipped. The only gripe i would have is the postcode sends you to its sister hotel just up the road and i had to phone for directions and it was solved very quickly. Overall i would recommend it to anyone and i will stay again when I go back to Liverpool. ”

“Rooms were spacious and the staff were kind, but the hotel feels run-down and less than clean. My room was in the basement which only have half windows. The carpets have an odor, housekeeping missed trash removal, the rooms are not well lit and the room itself was very basic. Overall, not the level of Hyatt quality I expected for the price. ”
