Reception was nice, but very badly situated.
Very limited free parking spaces. Rooms are very dated. Room was only accessible via stairs.
Tea & coffee making facilities - spoons were dirty. Lack of toilet roll in room. Stairwell hand rail was sticky and dirty.
Breakfast was lovely. But again cutlery was dirty, tea stains on teaspoon. Used packets of sugar left on the table.
Bar staff were good. Not enough staff in breakfast restaurant.

Was upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment with balcony and view over the river.
Large apartment, kitchen adequate, could have done with a few more standard utensils (tin opener, scissors, 2 oven gloves rather than 1). Whole apartment needed some tlc. Tap loose in the en-suite and loose floor tiles. Settee very lumpy too.
However, bed was clean and comfortable which was the main thing needed. Towels and toiletries provided along with tea, coffee and milk. Only stayed 1 night and got bargain price so can’t complain.
Staff on reception friendly and we were able to leave luggage there before we could check in.
Would definitely use again at the right price
