The room was very clean but only two thin pillows and no spares in the wardrobe (just a spare duvet). Water carafe was empty. It was late when I arrived so didn’t want to wait to have this remedied as I needed to sleep and get up early.
The breakfast doesn’t start until 7am on a weekday, which feels late when people are travelling for work and have to travel within London.
The layout of the hotel was frustrating. To get to my room you had to go up to another floor, cross to the next building and then down again. There was no exit on this side of the building so anytime you needed to step out of the hotel you had to repeat the up, down and across palaver.
Staff were very friendly on reception. I think there are better hotels in London I would stay at in the future.
