- Welcome to The Gathering House, our family’s longtime retreat in Three Rivers, located just 4.1 miles from the entrance to Sequoia National Park. With beautiful views of Sequoia and Alta Peak, plenty of room to spread out, and a peaceful mountain setting, it’s a wonderful home base for exploring the park or simply spending time together.
The home features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two comfortable living areas, a large fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious deck with panoramic mountain views. The home comfortably sleeps 8 guests, with accommodations for up to 10 using the provided pull-out mattresses.
Set on over 4 private acres, The Gathering House offers plenty of space to relax, along with a seasonal creek and outdoor areas to enjoy. Start your morning with coffee on the deck, unwind with the view after a day in Sequoia, fire up the BBQ, or bring out the cornhole boards for a game in the driveway.
Inside, you’ll find Wi-Fi, Roku streaming, a record player and record collection, board games, central heating and A/C, a washer and dryer, and a well-stocked kitchen. We also provide coffee and thoughtful essentials to help make your stay comfortable.
The Gathering House was built by our grandparents in 1980 and has been a place for our family to gather and make memories for generations. We’re happy to now share this special home with guests visiting Three Rivers and Sequoia and hope you’ll make a few memories of your own.
