Actually in the median. Traffic noise? Oh ya. Upon arrival, I was told "no reservation". I produced my on line documentation and after a while she admitted there was indeed a pre-paid room. Desk help refused to use English, even though she had enough. Very firm bed on a 1970s box spring. Cold. Lacking blankets. Not sure it ever had heat. Economy. Half price of competition. 7 police officers and drug dog got me out of bed at 8 AM. No breakfast place close by, but there is a supermarket, 150 meters. Good parking.
