Downtown any city is not my favorite. I’m happy I did not let this deter me from booking this hotel. We loved the room! We were all very comfortable (2 adults, 3 teens, and large dog). The shower did not get hot and the water would be all over the bathroom floor no matter what we did. We were put in an accessible room. Though not needed, it was a very nice room and the shower could easily accommodate a wheelchair without additional assistance.
There also was not any vegan creamer for the Nespresso (but this is something I'm used to). The gym was very nice. They also have a nice yoga studio. I love how dog friendly they were. And there is a grassy area not too far. There’s great food options close by, but if you want quick, there’s a corner bakery and chipotle across the street. And a panera not too far. Parking was easy. We did the LAZ self parking at a discount. Valet was also offered for a little more. There wasnt any EV charging at the LAZ and I’m unsure about valet. Overall, I really like this hotel and would stay again.

The first room had issues but they changed us to a different room which was nicer but had refrigerator noise that was annoying other than that a good stay as always

We had a great stay! The location is perfect and the staff were all wonderful. We walked to lunch, activities at the Hotel Del. It was a mile from where my son was playing soccer. So convenient to everything we had to do. Our kids loves taking the shuttle to the Loews Hotel.
They enjoyed the cinnamon rolls in the morning and the coffee! We will definitely stay again next year for the Holiday Cup!
