The hotel room was spacious and very nice. The coffee table was damaged and needed to be replaced. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The entire hotel is well kept up and beautiful. It just needed a new coffee table.

The check-in process was quick and very informative. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The roads around the property needed some attention, but were passable. The Eagle Crest units were great for our purposes. They were roomy, and had a lovely view of the lake.

We stayed in the room. That was the "cabin "and according to the description, it said that it slept six. Unfortunately it did not. The futon in the living room has a bar that goes across it. That is a special kind of torture. There's no way that two people can sleep on that bed unless they are small children. There were crumbs all over it when we got there so we got to clean those off first. The door to the bedroom doesn't shut all the way, and when you open it in the middle of the night, it's squeaks badly. The bathroom was very clean. Check-in was very easy. I highly recommend that they lay on that futon or try to take a nap on it and see for themselves how bad it is. The property felt safe and it is OK for one night day, just not for six.
