"Very nice, modern, clean impressive place with a great deck. Walking to nice beaches and a cute old town area. The family that owns/runs the place is delightful. The mother gave us delicious figs from her garden! This is likely the best option in this area. Our only issue was there is only one AC unit for the place so the rear private bedroom gets no AC. "We had a fantastic time at the Bootshaus. As soon as we arrived, we felt at home. The whole house inside and out is thoughtfully decorated and has a very cozy and warm feeling. The owners clearly thought about the little details to make the stay comfortable. The house itself is also very functional and has all the amenities you need including a grill, kettle, washing machine, screened windows etc. The spacious parking lot in front of the house was definitely a bonus and after some practice, easy enough to get in and out. Overall, the house fit our family of five perfectly. It is also nicely located close to restaurants, a bakery, a little market and grocery store in Betina, but it's also walkable distance to Murter center ( about 20-30 minutes). Communication with the owner was flawless and immediate and they provided great input for the area and to our specific questions. We can definitely recommend this place. "
