“Loved having a balcony. The room was clean but no AC. It was difficult to check in. The webpage said check in till 10;00 pm. We were there at 7:30 p.m and couldn't find anyone to check us in our room. Tried to call the number listed but it was for the empty front desk. Was unable to call the emergency number. They were very helpful for our check in, and we wished we stayed for a bit longer.
