It was awful I hate the whole experience guess services was cold I empathic I paid for a pool view room they took it upon them selves to change it saying it was an upgrade that the room a booked was 380 square foot and the room they took it upon themselves to give me was 432 square foot . I was pissed cause they could’ve at least ran it by me we took us several hours to get situated cuass the telephone from the room couldn’t do customer service so we had to physically walk to the check in line to ask y we didn’t have a pool view . Then she tried explaining that we had to go get our stuff and walk way to another side to the room I actually paid for both rooms where not up to port mold in the restroom coffee maker but no deee coffee $45 parking aside from the resort fees Vegas is diffidently trash oh and I forgot to mention her attitude was as if I new she was doing me a favor for the upgrade I didn’t know about I just wanted to be able to know when to go down to the pool that’s y I paid extra for the view but she seems to be agitated about my needs.

Had been to Ft. Lauderdale and wanted to check for a decent none night stay in Miami and found this hotel Thro Expedia . Expedia rated this high and happy that we chose this place . Nice location. 5 mins off the beach . The beach is just walkable from this hotel. Very good service . The guy in lobby was very helpful . There was a donminos pizza next door , which was very useful for kids. Amenities were decent . They had an outdoor swimming pool . Slightly smaller .. there were 2-3 families swimming and it was almost full :) washer dryer worked but it was good .. elevator was small and sometimes slow . We didn’t find a gym. No complimentary breakfast.. parking was a bit wierd and cramped ! They charged per night which was slightly expensive . The rooms were awesome ! It was good sized for the price . Also had a kitchen.. though we didn’t use the kitchen , it is very good to have , just incase . Bed was comfortable .. bathrooms were neat . Price wise I think this room was very good and value for money . Wanted to give 3 , but just for the room and pricing , I’m giving it a 4 . Good experience overall .

Loved all of property..but slots are tight 😂

I really enjoyed myself and gave me a home like environment and feeling they were very clean. Staff was willing to work with me when I had an issue with the people upstairs. Their water were leaking in my room. They took care of it right away that it expeditiously, they didn’t have me wait no time I really enjoyed the service and the amenities and the place.
