"Hey guys, just to let you know, you have to read the description where the owner says you have to pay an additional fee for the concept of cleaning it up. The owner tries to charge me that extra fee (it was more than 60% of the value of one night). I didn't check in, I preferred to lose the reservation and the value of one night. I will never rent an apartment to this guy. Don't say I didn't tell you."

"Finding the property was challenging because the building address is located so that it is visible only when driving from the north and we were arriving from the south. To further complicate matters, our gps indicated the property was located on beach side of street (which is obviously NOT the fault of vrbo host). Also parking access is at north end of complex.
