"和風villa旅店，很推薦，房間裡面寬敞，一入住下午2-4點有下午茶，很精緻，房間有超大的按摩浴缸，兩個人在裡面也不擁擠，智慧馬桶，房間望出去也有渡假景觀，讓人在住宿上非常放鬆，一點也不想看電視度過，泡完澡再來躺床上敷臉休息，很享受，下回來礁溪，還會選擇，沒有在溫泉路上，很安靜，外面還有戶外涼亭建議三五好友來，還可以泡茶聊天，很愜意"

"居住的附近有7-11也有一些餐廳很方便。
但是入住的時間是暑假期間，
櫃檯和緊急電話都是同一位管理員，
要出門買晚餐的時候發現無法上鎖，
打櫃檯和緊急聯絡電話很多通都無人回應，後來才知道因為櫃檯只有一位，
一個人要負責所有的事，
並且11點後不會有櫃台人員。
終於來協助測試很多次，可以鎖門後，
我們還是很擔心這個門鎖安全問題，
櫃檯說再發生的話，再幫我們換房間，
我們有詢問若11點沒有櫃檯後，
門又壞了不能鎖怎麼辦，
櫃台只回答：「應該不會」，
安全問題讓我們晚上感到很不安，
下次不會再來住的飯店。"
