“Ten friends stayed in this Shaker farmhouse after a celebration of life for a friend in Great Barrington, MA. Quite antique atmosphere matched our mood and need for something charming and easy. Near restaurants and services. Highly recommended!”

“We had a very pleasant time at the property; a beautiful piece of land with gorgeous pond and 2 geese families (1 with brand new goslings!) to greet us. Although the weather didn't cooperate to enjoy sitting in the yard, or enjoying the fire pit area we still had a good time. It was so helpful to have a good amount of space around us, for our time together that felt welcome and expansive too. Because the weather was damp and grey, I think we could've used a little more warmth in furnishings and……

“We had a wonderful time during our stay at the property. The cozy farmhouse is in an idyllic setting with all the amenities necessary to host a large group, for both meals and leisure. Whether we were out exploring the grounds or inside by the fire we had very enjoyable time. The host was accommodating of our pets and we appreciated the easy checkin and check out. She was extremely communicative and made our stay comfortable. We would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful……

“We were a group of moms and sons (high school seniors) who stayed here for a long weekend. This place was perfect for us - well appointed and accommodating. It had everything we needed (beach towels, linens) and more (martini glasses, well-equipped kitchen)! The quality of everything was spectacular. We could have stayed here indefinitely with the hot tub, pool, grounds, fire pit, etc. We can't wait to come back here again!”

“The pictures do not do this home justice. The house is just beautiful, roomy, and plenty of beds and rooms. Everything in the home is clean, fairly new, well stocked, and working well. Strangely enough there is no microwaves but that didn't effect us at all because we had a professional cook with our group. There was nothing we needed in the home that we had to go get. “Everything was clean and welcoming for our arrival. Our host was friendly and helpful. The rooms were well equipped and comfortable and the grounds are beautiful.We appreciated the chocolate and granola bars after a long day of travel. It was a very nice touch. This was our second time staying here.”

“Booked this for my bachelorette party as a getaway retreat style vacation for myself and 5 friends. The gathering spaces were perfect and the pool and hot tub were so nice to have. Beautiful view out the back door and even watch a doe and lamb hang out multiple days. It was very relaxing to be here. Please note that getting Ubers and taxis are challenging in this area if you plan to go to Hudson or other locations, we somehow did it, but it wasn’t easy! Otherwise, it’s a great place to gather……
