"The Plum Lodge is lovely and comfortable, with purple highlights everywhere. The refrigerator was capacious. Free muffins and coffee in the lobby. There is no coffee in the rooms and also no microwave. This was a great launch pad to see the Finger Lakes area."

"The entire staff (check-in clerk, restaurant staff, casino personnel) are friendly, professional along with great work ethics make this property above the rest. While having dinner, the entire restaurant staff pitched in to bus the tables, seat patrons, serve drinks, etc. and not complain that they were short handed. The staff’s positive and caring attitude is a reflection of this establishment. We enjoy stopping and staying at this Casino hotel for our driving trips (at least once/month) between Michigan and Massachusetts. Congratulations to a well qualified five star establishment."
