Friendly staff, the room was large but very dark, it had dark wallpaper & curtains & there were only a couple of spot lights as you entered then a lit recess area above the bed & one bedside lamp which wasn’t ideal. The bed was comfortable & the bathroom had a huge jacuzzi bath, with nice towels provided.
We did go for breakfast, it’s self service, plenty to choose from, tho scrambled is the only egg option, good for the price.

The breakfast was absolutely delightful. Every morning we looked forward to a tasty, freshly cooked meal.
The bed was comfortable, and we were upgraded to a super king bed which was absolutely fantastic!
Would highly recommend this hotel!

Bernadette at the reception was very helpful and professional. Even the staff in the carpark as well as the male staff doing the maintenance at the lift lobby were very friendly. The bathroom was sparkling clean, no complaints at all.

We enjoyed a three night stay at The Bear Hotel and was very happy with the whole experience. The staff were very friendly, the room was lovely and the whole hotel and grounds were extremely clean. Would not hesitate to rebook

3 Horse shoes was great, for some reason our bedroom got mixed up, was supposed to have a family room but got a double. Staff sorted the issue, i dont know but apparenty is was an Expedia mix up. Issue was sorted by the morning even though we arrived late, cool pub with a kids soft play and decent playground. Foods nice, staff great.....
