“My daughter and I stayed in the Orme lodge, it was lovely. Nice and warm, squirrels outside the windows. Hot tub is just a hot tub - not one with bubbles! so don't look for a button to press lol Very peaceful. If you go with kids (i went with teenager) then maybe take a laptop to watch netflix etc on. wifi connection great. Don't wear sliders on your feet when trying to do the fire or else you will slip on the mud which is hilarious to a teenager btw. Hot tub takes about 4 hours to……

The inside of the house has everything you could possibly need. The owner, Chris, keeps in touch to make sure you are happy with everything. Lots of lovely walks nearby, miniature railway in the park at the end of the road. Short walk into Chester. We would definitely like to go back. ”

“The House was very clean and tidy. Beds were very comfortable and the heaters in the rooms worked very quickly so was very warm in the house. The located was the perfect distance from the main city center. Bona was extremely helpful with any questions I had prior to checking in. The check in was super easy, and the house was easy to find if you read the instructions sent its very straight forward. Would happily stay here again! We really enjoyed it. ”
